We have detailed below a list of our frequently asked questions – these may provide a solution to your query.

How do I open a Credit Account Facility?
If you are using our services on a regular basis and would prefer to open a credit facility please contact us using the contact form in the help zone or on sales@cleaninnovations.com.

Is it safe to enter in my credit card details?
Yes, our secure checkout uses PayPal SSL technology to keep your information safe.

What is the normal delivery timescale?
Depending on area, we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I get delivery tomorrow?
Overnight express delivery is available at an extra cost. This option will be available on the webshop when you place your order.

I may not be available when you try to deliver.
Our standard times of delivery are between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please advise us of any special requirements of delivery when placing your order. Failed deliveries where no one is available to receive goods are subject to a further £25.00 delivery charge.

I’ve had the wrong goods delivered, what should I do?
Please let us know using the contact form found in the help zone or e-mail sales@cleaninnovations.com and we will be pleased to contact you to make arrangements to exchange them.

The goods you have sent me are damaged.
Before signing delivery notes please check the contents of the box to ensure goods are in good condition. Once a carrier’s note has been signed to this effect we cannot enter into any claims. If any goods are damaged please detail the fact on the delivery note and return with the driver – they will then be replaced free of charge.

What is your minimum order value/quantity?
Minimum order values/quantities are:
2 x 5 Litres
1 x 10 Litre
1 x 20 Litre.

What is the largest sized container available?
In addition to the container sizes listed on our webshop we can supply most products in 210 Litre and 1000 Litre containers. Please e-mail us with your request and we will be pleased to contact you with more details.

What are your carriage/handling terms?
Minimum order for carriage paid is £100.00 excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Orders below this value will be subject to a carriage/handling charge of £9.25.

Is it in stock?
We hold large stocks of the products shown on our website and can normally deliver from stock.

Health and Safety
